Adult Mission Trips

Being a Global Mission Church is one way of saying we care about the world.  Our Church Council has voted that we will intentionally support Global Ministries, the international cooperative work of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and the United Church of Christ , and will engage in global missions.

We do this by learning about our denominational mission and heritage, evaluating our church’s mission in the world, creating mission opportunities, and having a strategic mission plan.  To learn more about Global Ministries, go to www.globalministries.org.

2010 Ecuador Trip

The Adult Mission Trip of United Christian Church took place  June 29 to July 7.  The group worked in Cachimuel, a small village in northern Ecuador. It was a wonderful trip and we brought back precious memories of our shared time with the people of Cachimuel.
